Based on the Gospel of Luke, the “JESUS” film has now been translated into more than 1,000 languages, with a new language being added nearly every week.
We used the J-film a lot in Asia. I think I have watched it more than 70 times. First time was in 1980 in high school. It is still a good way of introducing the Lord to people.
The response last friday night was positive by all. Several indicated they either wanted to follow Christ or that they were willing to know more.
One woman talked to me for an hour afterwards…born in 1989, attended the best schools in China, yet like so many, had never heard anything about Jesus Christ, nor had ever met a believer in her country.
I want to bless the local COM team here for their continued outreach and I lend a hand when I can in between trips.
And for all of you reaching out to scholars outside of China, this is one of the best ministry opportunities the Lord has given to churches today.
